Bio: Raphael is a freelance animator, illustrator and graphic designer residing in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has studied art both in the United States and abroad and continues to hone his skills in the hopes of one day actually being good enough to make a living at it. Since 1989, he has been a fan of all things "Phantom" (even the incredibly ridiculous versions).
