A Phantom Valentine

This piece was originally conceived as a Valentine's Day gift to my friends online. It received enough of a positive response to inspire me to do a series of Phantom cartoons. The artwork was done by hand and then scanned into the computer for coloring. I chose to paint it in the style of a watercolor to give it a softer, more romantic air and since then have adopted the technique for all my cartoon works.
